Bulk quotes begin at 10 devices. We can review anything from a small office refresh to inventory containing thousands of devices.
Can I include different models and conditions in one list?+-
Yes. Mixed models, carriers, storage capacities, and conditions can all be included. Separate each combination into its own spreadsheet row whenever possible.
How does bulk shipping work?+-
GadgetRenu provides prepaid UPS shipping with no out-of-pocket cost to you. For larger or mixed lots, your account contact will confirm the best shipping plan.
What happens to data stored on the devices?+-
Every data-bearing device receives a secure data wipe. GadgetRenu data-destruction procedures are verified through an R2-certified facility. We also recommend signing out of accounts and removing activation locks before shipping.
How is the final value confirmed?+-
After the devices arrive, our team verifies the model, condition, functionality, and lock status. We reconcile the received inventory by IMEI or serial number when those identifiers are available and provide a final settlement for review.
How will my organization be paid?+-
You can choose check, PayPal, or wire transfer. Your account specialist will confirm the payment method and details during the settlement process.
