Can my offer change?

How should I prepare my iPhone device?
Back up your iPhone or iPad, sign out of your Apple Account (iCloud), turn off Find My to remove Activation Lock, and erase all content and settings before shipping. Remove your physical SIM and erase the eSIM if applicable after transferring your service. If the device is still linked to your Apple Account, remove the account lock before shipping.
When will I get paid?
For eligible devices that match the submitted details, payment is sent within 3 business days after delivery, including inspection. An unresolved revised offer, missing information or a documented legal or ownership issue can affect that timing. Your payment provider or mail delivery may add time before you receive the money.
