Is shipping really free and insured?

Can I sell a broken or nonworking phone?
Yes, we accept supported nonworking phones. Describe the fault accurately when getting your offer. We do not accept activation-locked or iCloud-locked, blacklisted, financed or unpaid, or water-damaged devices. If you are unsure about your device, contact us before shipping.
How should I prepare my personal data?
Back up anything you want to keep, sign out of your accounts, remove account locks, and erase your device where possible. Never share your Apple or Google password. If the device cannot be erased because it will not turn on, contact our team before shipping to discuss your privacy needs.
